Can we change the user rankings on the website to sort by Experience rather than level?

Lets be honest, a players "Level" is more like "current enchantment points". To see who is top dog it's better to look at total accumulated experience. In fact, it's sort of dumb to run around with high levels as you're hurting your enchantment points and you're being risky.

The REAL list would would look like this:


Or you can make the lists sortable. Have Name, Skin, Experience, Earned Credits, Realms, Kills/World, Kills/Nether, Kills/Total, etc. And you could sort on any of those fields.

It may not be great to have credits since it would hurt transactions to know how 'wealthy' somebody is...

Total accumulated levels would also be good.

Maybe to convert total experience to levels... but total levels accumulated would be hard because they scale up. Level 0-1 is less xp than 29-30.

This would be a good idea, especially considering that levels aren't just from killing things now xD

It would be good if building and chat activity could also be included somehow. Credits, perhaps?

To be honest, I think this is an excellent idea. I never understood why User Rankings were based on XP. I mean, the highest-ranked user (MojangQA I think) hasn't played on the server in months, at least (I think). Perhaps user rankings could be based on experience, credits, and activity? Kind of like user rep.

He's suggesting to make them based on experience.

As the picture posted by the OP suggests, the experience AND level would need to be available in order for it to be an improvement. I need to do some serious math to find what someone's level is based off their total experience.

If possible, I think all the other stuff suggested by the OP would be neat to see too, with wealth ranks being hidden by default and toggle-able by each player.

Looks at all the numbers and categorys (I sux at spellin) ders allot of numbers and thingies and idk to much stuff. Make it shiny.

Rejected due to the fact that we don't record "total experience", as this suggestion seems to be suggesting showing total experience ever earned.

"Experience" column is directly linked to levels. The present ranking list sorts properly.
