[IMPLEMENTED] Biome filter for teleport machine (no oceans)

It seems that there are already filters in place to restrict where the new teleporter takes you (only to public realms, not privately-owned ones). I'm suggesting an additional filter, using biomes; specifically to remove ocean biomes as teleport destinations.

This would help the teleporter to better serve its purpose of helping new players to get started and thereby encourage new members of the community to stay on MR. While it is true that a player can simply /spawn and try the teleporter again, I think it would be best for our chances of retaining new players to get them to solid ground where they can build on their first trip through the machine.

Ermmm the only filter is to teleport you out 1000 blocks nothing else, and you cant' escape the ocean there's so much even if we magically made a new map the ocean will still be there.

The teleporter doesn't check if realms are public or private. You can be teleported to private realms.

I remember before the previous wipe-
"We've searched for hours to find a map without an ocean in the 10k•10k area, with no luck" (rough quote from Intelli)

Thing is, although this would make it even more convenient for new players, if they can find the teleporter, they can learn to spawn back and use it again. This suggestion isn't unnecessary, it's just not needed.
