/ignore <name>

I know, it is another chat command that takes a long time and could be usless. I just want to get this idea around. Who knows, it might be good! Anyway what if we could type /ignore <name> and then instead of turning off chat because of one player, we could enjoy chat and just have that person's posts not show up. Want to un-ignore someone? Just type the same command! What do you guys think about this?

I agree 100%
would be kinda useful probable wont be put in though

You could always just disable chat, or mentally shut them out.

The mentally shut them out works but like I stated in the previous post, why turn of all chat (realm, public, & pm) if it is only one or two people. Sounds stupid, huh?

Have you even used the chat command? It only takes off the public chat.

Still if I want to talk to someone (over public chat) but ONE person on public chat is being an idiot, then it makes sense. I am not proposing that we install this I just wanted to get the idea around.
