Pvp WarWorld

Well we all know that PvP on Minerealm is a bit iffy. The nether is laggy for me and I've seen in game people say the same thing. A WarWorld would replace the nether. The nether, now that all the glowstone is gone, is really just ugly and has no purpose other then laggy pvp. A WarWorld would be a place where pvp is always on. You would be allowed to port, for example /home /spawn, but you'd have to wait a certain amount of time like 10 seconds. There would have to be something like a /pvppartycreate so that you could make teams and not hurt your own team members.
The terrain would be like the regular minecraft world but a bit changed. Like roads leading to different pvp areas within WarWorld. It is a way to have PvP without all the dumb arguing like "I was on the red carpet when you hit me, BAN"

I have something like this on a server that I'm admin on and if it was put in i could really help.

If I understand your idea correctly, which I think I do, this would just lead to more lag on all the worlds, including WarWorld.

this not only gets rid of danger of the nether it is more a a teambased pvp with fighting. This way there won't be pvp at spawn. I really like this idea. May i suggest you can apply for a faction for this world and then you get an area to make a base.

If that's what you really want you should join a pvp server.

It would be in the main world so it wouldn't create any extra lag. The reason I am putting this suggestion out there is because I want to pvp on minerealm and many others do too, there is no need to go on another server. This would make it so that all the arguing and whining and ban request threats.

So do you mean a large arena, that players can port to, or a separate world, like the nether and end are now?

Separate worlds = More lag

The nether is still useful, for bulk lava, quick transport, regen potions, ghast fishing, blaze rods, xp farming blaze, and the remaining nether brick.
So... When jeb fixes the nether lag bugs, pvp will be much better here.

Sounds like an arena/battlefield placed somewhere on the main map.
I'm not sure how much seperate maps contribute to lag, perhaps a question for Intelli to answer.
I thought the main problems with lag at the moment was where there is copious amounts of lava, affecting clientside shading.

Although a seperate map world dedicated to PVP sounds quite cool. I occassionally visit other servers to see what ideas could be implemented on Minerealm, which is the server I am dedicated to and play on solely.
I've seen servers where they have 'hub world' areas where you can teleport to different maps and the hub world is located centrally.
A PVP world could be essentially vanilla minecraft, but with griefing allowed and PVP always turned on.
TNT should be enabled, but spawning in items not.
Whilst there could be problems with TNT lag, this would keep the more warfare orientated players happy.
A smaller zone around spawn should be PVP protected and the spawn building itself, grief proof to allow for a safe zone.
Perhaps two spawns on the PVP map could be used with to entrance portals from Spawn city in Survival to allow people to spawn into their team zones.
Maybe a possible system with guilds that stop friendly fire as well.
