Minerealm Lottery

I am thinking of hosting a Minerealm, in game, lottery.
Basics about it:
It will cost one diamond to enter the competition, they will choose a random number between 1 and 100. When the end of the week comes a random number generator will choose a number, if that number has been selected by a player they will win all the diamonds that are in the Lotto. Alternatively, if the number has not been selected by a player, the diamonds will be rolled over to the next week.

Points:
The random number generator will select all numbers, so there will be no human interference will the winner.
The competition info will be held on either 'Trade' or Server Information forums'

Hopefully people will be winning up to 50 diamonds every week.

what exactly are your expenses for hosting the lotto... just curious, seeing as its literally just some organization and random number generation i dont see why you would need to take a cut... in fact if people actually like this idea, id be happy to host it without a cut...

We are talking about a 1% cut to start it off, as the building, secure area to hold prize and prize boosting does not come cheaply.

I won't lie, this sounds like a super good way for a realm to make money. But other than that, you will need to Uber-Super legitimize the lotto numbers.

i wouldn't trust anyone but a mod or admin to do this as they could easily lie about the number and take all the diamonds that week(im talking about you)

Iron is way too easy to find. Winning 50 iron would be pathetic compared to what you could mine.
