Ok, i go into the nether pretty often and when i say that i'm referring to a daily basis. One thing that it really starting to annoy me are the pigmen. Firstly, when i get out of the portal to the nether im bombarded with at least one pigman trying to kill me. (kinda like portal camping i guess) If you survive that, i turn around the corner and see three more heading towards me. Its getting pretty annoying when your trying to kill a ghast and you get mobbed by them. Can someone please reduce the spawning of pigmen because even when i kill them all in an area, when i come back THEY HAVE SPAWNED 10 more of them. At least take this into consideration PLease!!!

The nether is supposed to be dangerous. Just bring armor, a sword, and food. I'm sure it would not be too expensive to get a Smite V sword.

Due to the lag in the nether, they have become the hardest mob to kill on this server.

I personally don't mind this idea, but I don't think it has any chance of being implemented; the pigmen were changed to be always-hostile as a deliberate attempt to make the nether more dangerous.

The only time I'm murdered by pigmen is when I go into the nether unprepared. If you plan to farm something or go long distances, ensure you have armor and a decent sword. They can be a pain in the butt, but that's the point. I hate them, but the nether should have a price to pay for the convenience it offers.

I enjoy the danger in the nether, for instance tralleving on the roads ive only ever fought 2 of them and one dropped a smite 2 gold sword. aslo when the nether lag is fixed this problemb will come up as "increase the spawn rate of pigmen har har har!"
