Trust System

I think before being able to build/delete you have to be registered on the forums and other things such as posting.
This would make it so people who are theives cant steal unless they are registered witch could make them leave the server and people who want to stay would stay longer

Sounds like whitelisting.

I am not 100% sure what whitelisting is, but I do think that the should have to register on the forums before getting trusted. Another server I was on did something like that and it was one of my favourite servers.

white-listing is only allowing people on the white-list to play on the server. Everyone else is automatically banned. This is opposed to a black-list or public system in which anyone can join and play and only those who are added to the black-list are banned.
White-listing is not going to happen, minerealm is a public server and it derives much of its character from the fact that anyone can just hop on. Yes, we get the retards and griefers and such, but we also get great people along with that.
White-lists have been talked about plenty of times on this server and every time, it gets settled when intelli comes in and says for umpteenzillionth time "No."

well I never said anything about anyone getting banned just that they cant build / delete / openchests

Exactly. What can you do if you can't build or break blocks? nothing, you might as well be banned. Thats how many whitelist servers work. You can go in and look around, but you can't actually do anything or touch anything.
And like i said, its never gonna happen. Ever.
