Suggestion:
If someone is consciously attacking someone on the red carpet, and won't stop after multiple warnings, and no staff is on to stop them, it should be legal to spawn camp then over and over.
Thoughts?

This seems stupid to me. You don't fight fire with fire, and will lead to a big argument kicking off in the chat, and leaving the offending player, who may not understand the rules, or who may have made a mistake, unable to play. It will also lead to an increase in illegal carpet-pvp, as players will think it is acceptable as they watch 'older' players doing it.
If you have a problem with someone doing this, then either talk to them in the chat about what is wrong, or just warn everyone with something like, "Don't go to spawn with /pvp on - ________ is spawnkilling".
In my opinion this will prevent further problems with spawn killing until mods come on and can do it. Your suggestion is just fanning the flames.

Maxii345/Susan Boyle is right. 'Tis a noble goal, but it will simply feed the fire. Post a ban request and warn other players. Nothing else can be done without causing further problems.

I like the idea, but there's too much that could go wrong, especially with regard to innocent bystanders either getting caught in the crossfire (if they have pvp on) or thinking that the rules regarding pvp aren't enforced well.
