Suggestion: In-game auction rules

Instead of making in-game auctions bannable all together why not just make some rules to make it less spammy considering much controversy has been going on.
1. No one credit bids (minimum incraments 25 unless specified higher)
2. Wait a while before saing "going once, going twice, etc."
3. If no one bids don't try to start the auction again unless its been a specified period of time (5 min maybe?)
4. If bid is withdrawn, don't fight about it just give up and go to the next highest bidder.
5. Do not post bids as a joke (although this is already a rule that all bids must and will be taken seriously to reduce spam just don't post that stuff at all)
6. Only one auction can be run at once and you can have a back to back auction if someone else is waiting to auction.
7. If someone asks you to stop or put the auction on pause for a short time so they can talk like there supposed to in chat stop it and resume that auction when they are finished.

This not only will reduce spam but will also stop fights about auctions.
Please take these under deep consideration,

This seems pretty reasonable. In addition to the proposed rule about no 1 credit bids, I would suggest a minimum starting bid of 1K. This would stop auctioneers from starting a valuable item's bid at 1 rc (which results in massive spam), and would also ensure that in-game auctions are only done for items of at least moderate value (rather than clogging up chat for an exchange of goods that are hardly worth anything).

Edit: on second thought, I take issue with suggestion #4. I initially liked the idea, since it would avoid fighting in chat and get the auction wrapped up in less time, but now I'm not so sure that it would be a good idea to have auction rules differ (specifically in regard to allowing bids to be withdrawn) between the chat and the forum. It could lead to people being too casual/careless in decisions about bidding, since they can later withdraw the bid in the event of buyer's remorse.
