[Fixed]Fix the snowblock bug

Hi!
There have been a bug since the server update that dissabled the snowblock crafting recepie. Simpley you cant craft anny snowblocks at all. Please fix this asap.

Works for me; let me guess you've been putting them 3 by 3 as in 9 in total. - To make one it's actually 2 by 2, 4 in total.

It didn't work for me right after the update, but then it did work for me yesterday. I will check again today.
