Some standard rules for auctions?

We've seen some weird auctions going on (and the last one I encountered made me think about some rules to keep that from happening in the future).
Rules:
1. Make your title like: "Auction: [ITEM]"
2. Use the following layout in your first post:
"IGN:
Item (with amount) up for auction:
Starting bid:
Minimum increments:
Ending date:"
3. Seller can add a buyout-price right under the ending date
4. Remember that screens can be easy when selling multiple items.
Moderators should be strict when browsing through the auctions and close the ones that don't got a proper layout.
If auctions aren't done correctly (not respecting a certain bid, not respecting the end date, ...) moderators could give a temp forum ban?
Note that this might be a bit harsh for some guys but I got a bit rage in me atm cuz of an auction that didn't went well
Ideas/Suggestions?
