One of those ask things with answerers, being mods/admins, and a special new job which is answerer, and they're answering the questions. Please no flame wars. Just constructive critisism.

What would the purpose of this system be? I don't see any particular need for the mods/admins to be anonymous in order to answer questions.

I guess it doesn't have to be anynomous, but it would take a load off the mods to have others to be able to answer the questions, and mature people who they know will get it right.

OK I understand now. I misinterpreted the wording here:
hippoface wrote:...anynomous answerers, being mods/admins
I interpreted it as saying that the role of answerer would be another function performed by the mods/admins. If the answerers are in addition to mods/admins, however, this sounds like it might be useful.

Yes, mods and admins can answer if they have time, their names will show, but there will be other answerers. I'll edit out the anymous pieces.

You can already ask questions in any part of the forum and receive answers from mods/admins and responsible, mature players. Just skip past all the rest. Alternatively, you can learn who the mature players are and ask them questions directly in-game.

Woah. You're alive.
Anyway, wouldn't it be easier to have a new section dedicated to questions?

If people have questions about ingame, then it's best to ask ingame, if no one knows the answer then just Google your question. If it's a question about MineRealm, it's not hard to find the answer on the forums. Any big questions could be asked in the "Chat" section and I bet the question would be answered pretty quickly.

There are lots of people on the server that would like this, but whatever. I guess I really didn't think of that. Never mind.

I like the idea, there's nothing wrong with expanding the forums and I'm sure people would benefit from it.
