This is nothing for Intelli to do, this is something for everyone who has a publicly accessible portal in their realm to do.

Basically, I've seen quite a fair few bans recently concerning the Nether, and that, as even Shampoo_Lord has said, the Nether rules are not clearly understood amongst the general populace, let alone the newbies.

My suggestion for this is to, like Spawn signs, have signs next to/near your Portal stating the rules of the Nether so that both newbies and experienced players have a full grasp of the rules of the Nether. Doing this will prevent some of the 'camping is illegal' complaints that some people mistakedly make, besides misconceptions that griefing in the Nether is actually allowable.

Criticisms/ideas to develop this idea to give it a bit more foundation would be gladly accepted!

The only rule in the nether is "do not grief, or you will be banned!". All my Portals had this sign, until griefers removed it
