After some days of scrolling through the ban section of the forum and seeing how many people have been banned for xray, I'm proposing a Zero-Tolerance Xray ban rule of some sort. Spam all the spawns with signs letting everyone know they WILL be banned for Xraying PERMANENTLY, too many people do this:

Step 1: Xray
Step 2: Get banned for Xray
Step 3: (Ban Appeal): im so sry for xray ill nevr do it agan ill uninstal right aftr this and nvr again
Step 4: Unbanned
Step 5: (A large amount of people): Begin xraying again, get banned again, don't get unbanned (usually)

Even if it's a first ban offense, it's such a big offense it really shouldn't even be forgiven, you're BLATENTLY breaking the rules and you KNOW IT, some people get banned for griefing/swearing, whilst they're hot tempered and can't control their rage and throw around swear words, or if they grief a realm that they thought was old and forgotten or grief something in the nether and just didn't know it wasn't allowed because of the no PvP rules or whatever caused confusion, but no, there's a NO REASON someone should xray and get away with it even once, you really can't do it accidentally, "Oh my brother downloaded xray and went on my account" Maybe you should have been more careful then, really, it's ridiculous, and the ban appeal section gets flooded with appeals from xrayers every week, you think people would learn, but they won't, ever. So I really can't see any reason to disagree with this other than "It being too harsh" but it really isn't, you're diggin your day away trying to find some resources while some guy prances around and mines realms dry of all their valuables because he's hacking, there's no excuse. Most people who've done harm to the economy by xraying, get charged all their diamonds, or a large amount of credits, and most don't do it again, if they're stupid enough to do it twice, then they should be perma banned.

If xraying was an "Unforgivable" offence, most of the regulars you see today wouldn't be here, such as myself.

I have found that nobody is perfect and naturally people make mistakes, I understand that what they did could ruin the game for many others, but they need to be able to learn from there mistake and realize that it was bad, and then I believe if they are truly sorry for there wrong doing or doing's, then they should have another opportunity to play here. If they continue to do it again, then from that we can see that they don't really care about the community and I believe that if they don't care about the community and they don't want to help it grow, then they need to leave, because we are here to have fun. If there goal is to remove the fun from the server then they should have an opportunity to fix there actions and wrong doings or leave, because if they don't care about others this is not the server for them.

I say, for newbies, let them off with a warning if they go over 150. Same with dupers. All items confiscated, burned, and perma'd if they do over 150 again, and if they do it a third time, still under 150, perma'd.

They do it because a crap load of people have X-ray. It's possible on this server, most people expect no cheat, then when they see that it's possible, they go ahead and mine and mine and mine and normally get banned, if they get away with it, they get help bot banned.

IMO, they are dirty cheaters who would be mining diamonds all day if they could. It's one thing to unban someone who swore, they could change. They might be sorry. But if you mine 23 diamonds in 5 minutes, then you are a dirty cheater...
