What if there was anothet section on the forums labeled "Chat". Just like a little forum chat room. I don't know how much lag/spam this would cause though.

There is a section on the forum labelled "Chat"...

We used to have a web chat that was linked to the games chat, but it was discontinued for chewing through too many of the websites resources.

I meant like next to Home, Forum, Members, Donate, and if you click on it it takes you to a chat room for the forums.

Ehh, Shoutboxes suck. If anything we should have an irc chat, that probably wouldn't take many resources as long as people were not allowed to idle. Plus this would be much better for handling appeals imo.
