As the title says, I'm proposing a Remove Post button. It would be useful for a auction that ended, or a ban request that you want to cancel.

if this was reddit:
+1!
but since it isn't, i fully support this, as i have posted several ban requests, having been promised screens by other players, only for them to not post them, and i want to remove the thread!

I suggested this, long, long ago, in a galaxy far, far away. It was shot down it 10 minutes. But then again, I posted it.

No.
Having a delete button would allow for failed threads to be deleted and will not let mods/admins use them for future reference.

I support this idea, but to make a correction die to what Bone said, how bout a "deleted" section?

If you screw up and post something that is humiliating to be associated with, you should spend the rest of your internet life with the shame of that post lingering around you like the odoriferous stench of the almost deceased lying in its sick bed begging all and sundry for the final blow that sends you off to the uncaring arms of oblivion and freedom from the slings and arrows of those who, most rightly so, belittle your complete and total disregard for intelligent discourse.
ts;dr No.

Moderators and Admins should only be allowed to delete posts... IMHO.
