Get your friend to post his own appeal using proper grammar and with the subject name as 'Ban Appeal: rwc900.'

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse to break it. To be an ideal community member, you should familiarize yourself with all of the rules.

Also, the rules are right at spawn. How could you miss them?
