What should we do with Trinity Recruitment center?

We are thinking of redoing the recruitment center at spawn and want the players thoughts on what to do with the spawn. Please put photo's of suggestions below or give me a descriptive suggestion on what to put

It's been a while since we had good noob tutorials just outside the spawn building. I would be willing to put up both basic and advanced server-specific tutorials in whatever amount of space is made available.

First, plant some big trees
Maybe a small Temple in the middle, with some tutorials and maybe the official nether rules in it?

Or, you could build a giant phallic symbo- er, I mean tower. Yes. Build a giant tower.
