Some of you may remember Nemesissyn who got banned a while ago and went on a massive spamming spree because he was frustrated. He didn't end up making many friends because of this. Due to these events I think there is no chance in the world of him ever being unbanned let alone returning to the server willingly.

Unfortunately he had a couple of realms in the Roanoke area. This wouldn't be a problem were it not for the fact that he's a donor and his realms are therefor not going to be disbanded (it's been a lot longer than 30 days since his last login).

For that reason I would like to request that his realms get disbanded so that someone else can make use of them. The state they are in now are not really aesthetically pleasing in my opinion (see pic below).



Now ofcourse you may I'm making this request for completely egocentric reasons (that I would want to buy the realm). This is completely true. However, if you don't want this realm to be disbaded just so I can buy it, I wouldn't mind letting someone else get hold of it. Please just try to do a little better than massive cobble rectangles.

Yes please. After all his attacks towards Intelli on the forums and massive spam spree I can't imagine him ever being allowed to come back. Could his realms please be disbanded so we can remove the ugliness?

If he was a donor, his realms will never disband. That's kinda.. rude to ask for someone's realms to be disbanded for pure personal gain... doesn't matter who they are or why they were banned

Surely, if they were a donor, that donor-status only lasts for a certain length of time before they have to pay again?

So - if they are banned and not coming back, surely they wouldn't bother paying again for donor status?

This is my point: When the users donor status runs out, then 30 days from then is when the realms SHOULD disban. This is of course unless they either login or attempt to log in during this time.

Flanny rude is using an Xray texture pack to STEAL from people. That's rude. Being a troll in both the game and the forums? That's rude too. Asking if there's a way to get this ugliness taken care of because we had the unfortunate circumstance to have a donor build said ugliness right next to Roanoke? Probably not so rude. What personal gain is there to be from aquiring one more realm to the 30+ we already have?

This is the same guy that spammed the forums exclaiming just how well he thought of the owner. He's not coming back... probably ever. This is a permanent map. Maybe Donor status shouldn't be permanent protection in all cases is what's we're asking. He's already been gone 30+ days.

Nemessiyn has a couple of realms in Roanke, right? I used to rent off him in that cobblestone place, but I saw he had some more realms.

I personally thought he was a good builder and a nice person, but I guess if he's perm banned (confirmed if he was) then they should be given to the BSG's clan.

Whatever happens, they shouldn't be given to us. We'll gladly buy them but people (Flanny) seem to be scared to death of us buying a realm so if that really is such a big problem, I don't mind if someone else gets to buy them.

I just don't see the point of protecting an ugly realm that is owned by someone who is never going to come back again. Also the donor status never goes away (at least not at the moment) so the realm will never get disbanded by time.

Donor status lasts 1 month/$15 (minimum). You're just going to have to wait.

Edit: OR, you could make this a request to have his donor status revoked.

I've been a donor for a lot longer than 1 month and it still isn't removed.

But yeah, having his donor status removed would have the same effect.

Realms have never been disbanded for anyone.

Shouldn't start now.
