k so i was in the nether, yes i nkow the risks of nether and i was chillin in my house, then Kress91 broke 2 blocks to get in, killed me then fixed them, im not mad that i died but when i asked Lm108 to bring justice to this he said that i doesnt matter because he fixed to blocks, so that means that i can just break into someones base, kill them, then fix it and its all normal again. that pretty messed up if you ask me.

Well, if you nkow the risks of the nether, you should've been fully expecting somebody to smash through your wall and stab you killed dead. However, it's appreciable of Kress to have kindly patched up the hole in the wall. It's really best just to be chillin somewhere other than hell.

If you are in the nether then you can do that legally. The nether is a full pvp area, the only zones that you can't pvp in are the areas immediately around portals.

Unfortunately you are correct Dragon, lately there have been many issues with Nether policy. Which has brought up many problematic situations and grey areas within our rules. However, knowing the risks of the Nether you should not be surprised to be killed. The staff team and I are working on a list of more concrete rules to clear up all these issues. Sorry for inconvenience dragon, however there is nothing I can do until I have a better understanding of what our official rule is.

That's not messed up at all if you ask me.

Within reason. Such as during a large battle, or if they fix it immediately after. But trashing nether roads and such is still disallowed.

No, griefing in the nether is Illegal, but previously some staff (Intelli) have said it is okay to break one or two blocks in the pursue of pvp.

Thinking you're safe "chillin" in the only part of the server where PvP is always turned on for all players is pretty messed up if you ask me.
