I said no because it is a part of minecraft, I wouldn't want it changed. If they do it they earn credits. That's not something you would go "Oh noes" to.

You dont get credit for shoveling snow, only placing snow blocks. As such, it's a pretty ineffective way to farm credits. You can already get infinite snow by placing and destroying snow blocks.

I don't think this will become a problem, it will only make the price of snow drop if people started making infinite snow machines.

No, please do not disable snow golems, then I couldn't make my army of them.

If people start farming credits from the infinite snow machine, Intelli can just make so we don't get credits from snow.
That's what he did with Redstone and some other stuff.
