swearing, abusive language and all caps

I think that implementing a mute function so that players who swear, are abusive or use all caps when chatting should be muted meaning that they cannot communicate through chat.
So 1st offence: three day mute
2nd offence: one week mute
3rd offence: one month mute
4th offence: ban
This could then give players a chance to learn from their mistakes before its too late

They already have a chance to learn from their mistakes. The first time they say something inappropriate in chat, the help bot only gives a warning.

This exactly.
Like Prodigy says, Help Bot gives them a warning. This has been suggested multiple times, and deemed unnecessary. Now with Help Bot being implemented it's even more so.

I don't think players should be given that many chances when this is a PG server and they should be mature enough to not curse. I think the help bot right now is fine, giving one warning and then banning.
