The server should announce when a rollback is taking place, the overflow spam of "OMG WHATS WITH THE LAAAAAAAAAAAAAG!?!?!?!?!" get's to be a bit much.

You could even add that to Helpbot I am sure.

Well, doing rollbacks is what the moderators and administrators do so this would mean they would have to send a command to the server to announce it. This wouldn't be a bad idea, but it isn't needed too much either. Most moderators I see give a warning before they start rollbacks anyway.
