I've seen some players asking "How do I make XYZ?" and help bot did not respond, but when I asked the same question in lower case "how do I make XYZ?" bot responded.

Also there was question: "where can I build?" which bot answered. And another question: "where can I mine?" which was ignored.

Maybe it would also help if we can ask the bot which word was considered swearing .. at least starting letter. So people can report it in forum and not try it in chat.
I would imagine it like that:
XYZ: Hello everybody!
HelpBot: Don't swear XYZ!
XYZ: which word
HelpBot: Word starting with H. Don't use that word! If you think it is safe then report it to forums please.

But its just an idea I personally don't understand why they want to test it. I just thought that if bot would explain that they will really get banned for using that word maybe they would stop trying it.

This might work, with a few adjustments.

On the note of help bot improvements...

Can help bot kick/ban people who spam "!!!!!!!" or "???????" or at least tell them to shut up... There is really no reason to use 10 or more consecutive !'s or ?'s, and it's annoying.
