Instant /help login

I was thinking that to keep chat emptier, we could add something that shows the /help things as soon as you login. This could be only on the first login or not. Tell me what you think.

Lol, what about a thing that forces you to type /help before you can see the chat and chat?

Either of these would work. I wouldn't want a system that shows the help menu every time I log in, but ensuring that each player views the help at least once would be good for cutting down on spam.
