Make farms continue to grow untill they are harvestable?

Hello,
I'm pretty sure we've all had this happen, you replant the seeds on your nice little or outrageously gigantic megafarm, and go about your minerealm activities.
Several hours later, you check on that farm, and it seems lifeless. Almost nothing has grown, and won't if there's nobody near it.
This is because when players leave an area, it gets saved and removed from the active memory of the server.
A wise person suggested keeping the seeds/farm loaded in the servers memory untill it has fully grown.
So when you're sleeping, you can harvest your farm in the morning
