Idea/Suggestion:Global Chat single character limit.

Just throwing this out here, no need to get into a big dispute because I'm sure this will upset someone for whatever reason. It's a bit too often that in the global chat of Minerealm, there are people constantly..."flooding" the chat, I suppose.
Example:Any mods on????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
And when you have 2-3 newbs repeatedly doing this it gets a bit annoying. As most of you may be aware the staff has implemented something that brings your entire sentence in global chat to lowercase characters if 60% or more characters of the sentence are in caps, so I'd assume that Intelli or whoever coded that would be able to make something along the lines of... if a character is repeated X amount of times consecutively, your post will be ignored and responded with something like [Warning]:Too many "?"s! or something like that. My suggestion of the amount of characters to be ignored would be 6 or 7.
You may now be asking "But Calticman, couldn't people just repeat in intervals of different characters?" (ababababa, ?!?!?!?!?!?). Yes, they can, but at least at that point moderators will be able to see who's bypassing the filter and deal with them accordingly.. "Stop flooding the chat" "Stop bypassing the filter" etc.
I appreciate feedback/the implementing of this idea, and I apologize if it has already been thought of and I overlooked it.
