I am not sure if this is possible, but if it is, I would love this.

Recently, the Minerealm Radio (BriskFM) launched. I was thinking it would be great if BriskFM could be played IN Minecraft. You could go on Minerealm and type /radio to receive notifications from the radio.

Type /radio [ON | OFF] to turn the radio on (If you want to listen) or off (If you don't like the song you are listening to, or you just don't want to listen). If you turn off the radio, you can still receive notifications about songs so you will know when to turn on the radio.

There could also be /radio current to find out the song that is playing currently.

This would be much more convenient than going to your Internet browser all the time to turn off the radio or find out the song.

Well I was thinking that I could still here the minecraft music with the radio I also thought that they would be a bit more inter linked

Not sure about this, but I think all audio content is client-side, so it would be nearly impossible to play the radio through Minecraft.

Cool idea, but would be hard to implement. Meaning somewhat of A waste....

Basically, this can't be implemented server side. It could be done with mods, but I'm pretty sure intelli doesn't write mods. Perhaps just set a favourite on briskfm then save it to your desktop?

I also think that the radio could benifit from some features like a timetable showing who is DJaying when and what the next song is.

I agree Mitchie. Then it would let me know what dj's I prefer and would increase a fan base for them.

I would like to stay "in the loop" because I was accepted for DJ, but am yet to have some time on the radio. I'm really anxious to have a turn (although I know that the radio hasn't been on that long) and would like to know the DJ schedule if there is one.
