So many realms that belong to members that are not active anymore, now I know that I probably dont got much right of speaking as I am still rather new to the server but it's just stupid to see realms laying around like that while there is such a huge demand for realmsncloser to spawn :/

My suggestion is to have auctions on realms of which the owner hasn't logged in for more than 30/60 days?

Would like to hear what you guys think so just shoot (at my idea not at me :p)

What if you were on a vacation or in service and came back after 30/60 days to find that your realms have been auctioned off?
I would only support this idea if the person has completely left the server, never to come back, but we can't ask the person if they left. So I would say 1 year away time is reasonable and if they log on once, the 1 year countdown starts over.

Hmmm yea perhaps 30/60 days is rather short but 1 year is on the other hand way to long imo

Realms of banned players will be auctioned off in the near future. Intelli did not give a specific time-frame, except that he is working on launching Minerealm Radio first and the auction will probably happen after that.

I believe it was also discussed that realms may be sold back to the server if the owner is inactive after a certain amount of time, much like they were in Survival 2.0. Of course that, as with most discussed changes, is always subject to... change...
