The Resurrection of Realm Wars?

This is purely an opinion question. If you do not know what realm wars was, it was a means of having two or more factions of players in their own realms fighting each other in an organized and official manner.
In it's state during 2.0, it grew to a very complicated (perhaps too much so) system.
However, I am willing to look in to re-creating it to cater to 3.0, should it be something you guys would be up for participating in.

Though I never participated in it myself, it did provide me with an added source of entertainment.

I don't know how this would be possible. People can easily turn off PvP so they won't get killed.
Either, you make a rule that if someone is caught with PvP off, their realm forfeits and they have to give the opposing realm their reward or you get Intelli to make a plugin for it (not likely).
But I like the idea of bringing it back though. Just keep it simple.

I think this would work even better in 3.0 with plots. Like you could be fighting with another realm for a certain plot. Like, for example, Carthage is in a feud with Frogtown about a couple of plots they've bought around our realm. Realm wars would provide a quick resolution to this feud.

Civilian Grade Explosive Licenses cost 10,000 RC up front, and then 4,000 RC per week. That allots you I think 35% strength TNT. Will that cut it?

would that be for a whole realm? Or for just one person?

I vote yes, IF, it is simple and optional. I don't ever want to be forced into a war. It should be fun, not a pain in the neck.
