These commands would toggle the chat from specific channels. This would be helpful for trading, because the people on the other servers cannot trade with you, and for joined building, when you only want to talk to one server for a project.

I really feel you failed to see the issue, the issue isn't in talking accross servers or people from the website.

The issue with chat is the sheer number of people on survival that are talking at once, also allowing specific chat blocks would make conversations seem very weird if not everyone has the chat blocks for other servers turned on.
