MineRealm currently has few players and little traffic, and if I remember right we have 16 GB of memory total, so this shouldn't eat up all of our resources. This would benefit all the old players, reduce grief damage and catch people who do grief. Intelli would need to do some coding for this to be done but that won't be a problem for him. I can't outline the steps to the process as I don't know java.

Invalid, not sure where you're getting 31 days from. We already log quite a bit of old data.
RAM certainly isn't a limiting factor (although disk space is, but we have plenty).

At a minimum, we keep the last 3 months worth of logged data.
Some data, such as chat logs, date back several years.
