[ACCEPTED] Idea: Color Code Consistency.

This suggestion proposes a minor code tweak to make the on / off chat messages similar.

If you wote yes, you vote for:
Red = Disabled/Hidden/Off
Green = Enabled/Visible/On
Just as the current code for /border.

Pros: Visual pleasing.
Cons: Minimal coding required. (I bet less than 30sec for the master lord coder Intelli.)
If there is other toggle features that gives a feedback message that I missed, let me know.
This suggestion of course also applies to the toggle features that I missed. EDIT: such as /pvp.
