I was playing on survival earlier trying to kill people in the nether and I got the drop on somebody. The person turned around and saw me then disconnected. A few moments later he reconnected and killed me. So, I had an idea to prevent this. If you've attacked, or been attacked in the past ten seconds, warping, turning pvp off, and disconnecting should kill you. Just something along those lines, just to prevent people from using these exploits.

This can't happen. When you log off, you have PvP off when you re-log. You just suck at PvP

Perhaps you don't quite understand, I've come to expect that from you. We were in the nether so PVP is always on. When you reconnect you are invincible for a few seconds. So, he reconnected and I wasn't able to attack him because he was invincible. That's when he proceeded to kill me. If you were not in the nether it wouldn't matter if PVP was off anyways because you would log in dead.

Get behind him until he is uninvincible. Quit whining

Oh sorry! Didn't know "Unexploitable Game Play" was on your "Do Not Approve List". If I can just warp away or disconnect to avoid death then what is the point of death at all? Might as well make everybody invincible.

P.S. It's hard to stay behind somebody when they can check their back in half a second.

This is already a failing idea Wambotrot, what if someone looses connection? Then they loose all their stuff if they're in the Nether and no one is around. That would meen they went into the Nether with Diamond crap to get Lightstone and they lost it all to their electric/Internet connection. How would you like it if that happened to you?

If he logs out, you have a big advantage. Please go away

If nobody is around then you probably haven't been attacked in the past 10 seconds, and then you won't die when you disconnect. The Nether is a dangerous place anyways, you take the risk of losing all your items when you go in it.

Ooo, so you want people that have been attacked in the last ten seconds to die if they log out? Same thing as last time, what if they were attacked by a Ghast right before they logged out or they loose connection or electricity when that happened? If you think I'm being harsh, wait till Lightbulbs sees this forum.
