My idea,be able to bonemeal 1 block high flowers and get the same outcome as if you would bonemeal a 2 block high.I thought of this when i realized they could run out.And i like small flowers to put in pots

All of the flowers are renewable. You get the short ones when you bonemeal grass. Some of them grow only in certain biomes and some only in certain spots of certain biomes.

You can find orchids by bonemealing in swampland. Tulips can only be obtained by bonemealing specific chunks in plain or flower forrest biomes.

Bonemealing two block high flowers is default gameplay mechanics so adding it to one block high flowers would be making the server non-legit.

That said I would also like to be able to bonemeal diamond blocks
