[REJECTED] Suggestion - player visitor list on realms

In addition to the new plot features from the wipe (like ratings and visitor count) I think it would be good to be able to see a list of all the people who have visited your realms by typing something like /visitor list. This would be a really useful command to monitor who has visited realms where big community projects are and so on.

Seems kinda excessive with how some realms have 200+ visitors. Perhaps only have it list the most recent 10 visitors.
Some people might want to keep that information private. For example, you could have a hunch at who killed your horse you didn't lock up by looking at the visitors. Personally, I wouldn't mind as I don't go around killing people's animals. For me, it's just a question of how complicated we want the server to be.

I don't really see a purpose for a visitor list, but yes, IF we add one, the last 10 should suffice. I guess if someone killed your animals you know who it is, but what good does that do you?
Anyway, yeah, it'd be cool, but I se eno useful purpose coming out of it.

While it may be nice to see who did pass by I don't see it as something that needs to be in game.

You could just leave a board on public property containing signs and ask people to drop a message as they pass by.
If you don't trust people, put them in a timed dispenser inside your land.
Or, have the same dispenser put out a book that they write you a message in and sign, then drop in a hopper.

Thats actually a pretty good idea, only that I'd rather not give away many of my books

.
The purpose for this, dl, is the same as my purpose for implementing laying in beds (or rather the same idea). Its not something minerealm
needs, but it would be an interesting feature to have for people who want to monitor the traffic in their cities or project realms. It probably wouldnt be implemented, judging by community feedback, but its worth a shot

If only you could run books through a hopper check system like named ID cards...
