The concept's quite simple. Any perma-banned players' realms they still own will be forcefully disbanded for the upcoming map wipe.

I agree, perma's need to let go.
The method however is still a sore point within the community due to permabanned players and guild members on whether they should get first choice at the realms.

I'm fairly certain MineRealm's banned players don't have a special flag in the ban file to signify if they are permanently banned or not. So there would be no way, without manually going from each banned player to see if they are permanently banned and then to manually disband or toggle wipe for each realm, to easily wipe each 'permanbanned' players realms.
