[IMPLEMENTED] In game warning about the public wipe

I suggest we have some MOTD added in game that appers when logging in.
The time of the wipe is closing in and lots of ppl are busy flagging their realms aleady. But it seems the information about the wipe has not yet reached all players. I just yesterday talked to a player who owns quite a lot of realms and was completely taken by surprise when I asked him if he was finished with flagging his realms for the wipe.
Also it would only be fair to all new players who find themselves a place to live just to have it wiped three days later. If they know beforehand a wipe is to come they may decide on just saving stuff for a start into the new land later.
