[INVALID] Render KushTX unable to create forum accounts

We've all seen him. KushTX He's an utter annoyance to us all and will NOT stop making new forum accounts to attempt to draw attention to his permanent forum ban "appeal." He continues to make accounts ranging from his projohnny forum account to his cameraman account to his KushTX THROUGH KushTX5 forum account. Not only does he continue to evade his forum ban, but he's also bringing up dead appeals.
I suggest that we render him unable to create new accounts through his minecraft account KushTX or any of his alts which have been on Minerealm. Perhaps we could erase any logs of his past existence (while maintaining his ban) on Minerealm and create a filter which will automatically ban and delete any of his posts?
Apologies in advance, for this isn't exactly a ban request, but something that might involve a little Intelli magic. Staff, please move this topic if you feel that it would be necessary.
