An idea I got from the forums which I thought might help prevent admin headaches.

The approval of this suggestion would mean that permabanned players' realms would auto disband the moment that they were permabanned. It would get rid of many pointless complaints about realms being bumped constantly and being eventually force-disbanded by Staff. I'd imagine you'd just have to use the same code as the 30-day disband system uses.

It would also lower the camping of realms to snatch them up.

Pros:
-Realm disbands
-Lowered camping
-Less for admins to deal with in terms of force-disbands
-Not too much code to do (then again, I'm no serious programmer, what do I know)

Cons:
- More coding for our great Intelli

No. Only because it should be changed to: once a player is deemed permanently banned, he may not refresh his login timer. As opposed to, once a player is marked as permanently banned, his realms instantly go up.

Why does it matter that they are perma banned? They might not want all thier hard work torn down and looted which is what will happen. Just let them keep up thier realms if they want. I don't see any good reason they should be disbanded other than to loot or get a spawn realm...

How about all perma-banned players realms get wiped and made public when the wipe happens?

Or, you know, the fact that them being banned forever means they'll never get to see their realms again, so they should be up for grabs. Not everyone who supports disbanding realms wants to loot them.
