.
The /severhealth put on the Forums.
Simples.
Could be linked anywhere on the page, maybe bottom right next 'Disable Map'.
(Maybe in reference to Mojang, the place it links to could be http://help.minerealm.com/ seeing as the MineCraft Status as a whole is http://help.mojang.com/)
Why? So for those who are having issues, with what they are currently doing on MineRealm, can know when they can log back on to see if there issue can be resolved.

The only command to sever ones health is /kill, you can already do that.
But in all seriousness, on the topic of /serverhealth, Intelli has already stated on it:

Why should we clutter up the help menu with commands that aren't even meant for players?
Same goes for here, what exactly could /serverhealth be used for that the "Report server issues here" thread wouldn't already be used for? It's not like players can actually use /serverhealth for anything other than a few factoids, anyway.
Voting no, you're suppose to contact staff if you're having issues with the server, /serverhealth isn't even meant to be used by players.

A small link by the bottom right corner will not be intrusive nor be noticed by many but be of use to those who have poor connection at 20/20TPS (which is a temp. current for me).

The 'issues' aren't the same 'issues' that people are like "Halp I has been greifed!!!" or "The Server be Down..."; it is a personal issue such as for the most recent lack of TPS myself and others Cats were not tp-ing to us when they should've. All I could do was log of due to the location of where I was and the unknown of whether I would have to go back if my Cars didn't not tp to me when the TPS where normal.

Why'd you stick all that in a quote?
Still, see your point, a TPS counter would be pretty useful, probably wouldn't be too difficult to add, too.
Fine, fine. I change my vote.

Excellent idea.
The best place for the TPS counter would be on the home page underneath current players online.

If we have to implement anything, then it should just be a green or red circle on one of the corners of the screen indicating if the server is up or down. People can work out problems from there by simply joining.

If you want people to join to find stuff out, why bother with the 'online' or 'offline' notifications?
*Hits Join Server*
*fails*
Hmm, it must be down.
*Walks away*

I agree with you there. Key words: "
If we have to implement anything."
I would rather not implement it at all.
