Or you could just do what I do and set the MineRealm Times to a home page tab...

I think it's because server announcement information is all about the rules, and information on the server. The minerealm times is information, but not necessary for newbs, or people who want to know more information on the server. The Minerealm Times should probly be stickies in the chat, or server discussion section!
