[INVALID] Be able to /trade while affect by passive buffs

If I was at my base, and someone asked to sell or buy something in trade, I would have to run >40 blocks or /spawn to go to trade.
I am asking to see if we can /trade while affected by certain beacon buffs.
Buffs like haste, health regen, are some of which I do not consider. There may be others some of you may also say is "passive". Speed, Resistance, Jump Boost or Strength could be seen as "aggressive" as they can be used in a duel. Then again, you can go to /trade while under the effect of a potion.

I checked a forum post from back in December and it was listed as invalid. It did not reach enough votes. Maybe since then, more people obtained more beacons and are affected by this effect.

They are literally the same thing pretty much. As far as the other thread I brought it up with Intelli again so we will see.
