Hi, I recently read about the idea for a staff appreciation week. Great idea (not new, but still great - my motto: if you want to appreciate staff members, just appreciate them when you see them :-)

However, MineRealm is now running since ages, and I admire Intelli for not giving up, being consistent, and decent. Reading his footer says a lot about his personality and I would like to show my appreciation. So, it would be great to have a special day just for him – although I doubt that he would accept it (unfortunately he didn't want to accept any of my gifts in the past).

I would say once per year (roughly 6 months before anniversary)... but it doesn't seem that people here will accept the proposal... I would really like to know why not...

This doesn't pertain to server development and therefore is an invalid suggestion.

The only way to give thanks is to donate. He doesn't play enough on the server to want or do anything with gifts anyway.

What eah said. Giving Intelli items at the moment would be like throwing them into lava at the moment, as he's been playing far less than even he usually does lately.

I think the idea is good, we would just have to convince intelli to stay online that day (Mission Impossible!)

Well... intelli gets spammed "hello Intelli" or "Hello o'l glorious leader" etc... everyday he joins, so this is already taken place.

I will begin working on getting Intelli's "Disconnect" button removed immediately... as well as any other options he has available to disconnect...
