I think the response should just be "No you may not," just like the response for people asking to be staff. It's short, to the point, and avoids any possible confusion.

I like cube's funny helpbot response. We already have "No you may not" for the nubblets who say "can i be admin" or "Can I be op"

Do you have the wrong idea maybe? Just for clarification, Keyhen suggested a server response should be made for nubblets who ask to be in creative.
