So ☺ isn't a little kid. We know that. He is however a big noob. So i have this idea to say:
+Add more protection.
If you watch one of his recent videos, he claims:
"don't break a chest. The admins thought they could get me but..."
So yeah, he HAS figured this out. However, if we do the following idea, this may end...

Idea: Add more protection. This would work by having the following example:
player1 puts diamondz in chest
☺ comes and takez diamondz
☺ getz banned.
So if someone puts something in a chest (in a public realm) then only they can remove it.
The auto ban of the player would be: <player> i have banned you for stealing
Pros: Stops griefing/stealing (for all players)
Cons: If you and your friend have a public realm to share then one might get banned.

Im new to the server so my opinion may not be valid, however i think this is a bad idea. This is just the attention a troll wants, even if you do this some people that aren't griefers might get banned as they took some wood that their friend placed in a chest etc. :/ in short, no.

He who shall not be named, has already seen this and claims he has a way around it. He posted a video showing this topic.

This is a problem. But it's not surprising that this counter argument comes from the griefer responsible for this suggestion. You are correct. Your opinion is not valid.

This needs a little tweaking. Maybe it could detect a great number of items being pulled from the chest to limit the number of accidental bans. In any case, Intelli could have something similar in the works.

I think that it should be a certain amount of items in a certain amount of time, since many people share chests.

If you're working together building something, there's a chance you're constantly moving a large volume of items in and out of chests. I think a better way to do it would be by realm. IE, you get banned if you take items from chests in 3 different realms.

I fully support the '3 realms' thing, as long as it doesn't affect private realms. Although- Sorry to show another flaw- If a player has segregated chests that just happen to be each in a different realm, by device of being placed at an intersection then any friend of theirs who takes supplies from them would be banned.
