We should upgrade the automatic ban! Like if we grief 5 chest u get banned. Bec i got banned for griefed a chest under nether spawn in a griefed hole to use it for putting a diamond on it :/ And say: Free diamond at nether! Pvp enable! With Legit. :/

1. You can't break things that aren't yours, even if they appear griefed. If you found a chest underneath the nether spawn, somebody probably put it there for a reason. Also, why make it a fixed number? Many new guys have fewer than 5 chests total. Maybe they have 1 for building supplies and 1 for valuables. If somebody is able to break both, then the person's supplies are gone and the person doesn't get banned unless he is reported.

2. Modifying/removing the grief filter has been suggested and rejected. The filter will be updated and made more accurate if it is to become a permanent feature of the server. Intelli knows it is imperfect and needs work. More threads about it won't cause change to come any faster.

That could be seen as baiting if you're doing it just to trick people into getting banned.

Well the guy who's raiding is xraying chests everywhere, so if there are more empty chests then full it will slow him down. I just figured out a way to completely protect your chests though . Surround the entire outside of your valuable chest with empty chests!!

Yes, that has been pointed out as a good way of protection. But if you're just randomly spamming chests in public realms, yeah, that's not good.
