[REJECTED] Allow banned players to pm mods

I know this really applies for a rare group of people, but I have some questions for staff/moderators and I don't want to post it to public. I don't see why it would be a big difference considering its only moderators. I know you might just say appeal, but I'd rather not at the time. Just thought this would be nice for the slime group of people like me

Take that up with Intelli then all those emails go to him.
