Hello Minerealm-Forum-Readers,

since there is a /time command which shows the in-game time/date, i thought, that adding the in-game-date of the time first entering the Minerealm server could be displayed in the /profile as the 'Birthday' of the player.

It's not much to impliment, since the entering date is saved somewhere (else there wouldn't be a veteran achievement), and I personally think, that it would be nice to have an In-game-Birthday.

With the current huge influx of new players, that might get problematic in a year if this is implemented...

why exactly should it get problematic, cause it is already saved data
if lots of people join the server now, the data has to be saved, cuz maybe somone of those want to get the veteran achievement.
So I just want to have it displayed in the /profile
well, of course it has to be converted to an In-Game-Date but thats not much to do.

Also, why not call that the "Join date" instead of "birthday?" It would be confusing/misleading if it were called "birthday." To players who don't know of this, they would think that the date is the person's actual birthday, then rant about how it's wrong.

At no point did he suggest an in-game message every time its someone's birthday, he merely suggested allowing players to search a players profile and this to be displayed there for the searchee's interest

Yeah I'd say make it "Date Joined: XX/XX/XXXX"

Other than that I totally support this.

That refers to your forum profile. This suggestion refers to your profile when you type /profiile <username> in game.

how do you even get the vetran achivement?
