[IMPLEMENTED] prevent fire from being extinguished in ...

I just thought this might be helpful for people who have fireplaces, etc and do not want them to be put out all the time. I'm not sure the reason why this isn't implemented or if it can't be for some reason, but hopefully it will be!

Pros: Protects builds (mainly fireplaces, but also nethery-looking things)
Cons: Easier player traps.

Yes, but if you were running along and saw fire, you wouldn't just walk into it would you?

I just had someone "grief" my nether room (lit by a 50x50 square of fire) by putting out all the fire in there. Thought it was kinda funny, realize I could put all the fire behind glass, but haven't done anything about it yet.

YES. My realm's fire places ALWAYS get extinguished and it's SOO annoying!

Remeber when spawn caught on fire on the 21st and produced mega lag. What if someone put fire on their entire realm?
